Question about Samsung BLUETOOTH? WEP210 MONO HEADSET AWEP210JBECXAR Wireless Headset
I can pair my wep210 with g600 (blue light stays on) on 210,
when I connect to it 210 stays in flashing mode and phone says its connected to wep210 but if i try to use it to output to (say a music file) phone just says no bluetooth devices found. Can the 210 be used to receive music from phone?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I had the same problem and solution 2fixed it, however to make the process a little bit more clearer i would add couple pf things: first turn turn ur headset off, then turn it back on and keep it held down untill u c a solid blue light and this blue light must be still and not flashing. now search the device on ur phone and u should be able to pair together and pin number will be 0000 for zero's

SOURCE: Wireless headset pairing
With the Samsung WEP210 this is a common problem (which is actually just a user error)
This is what you do:
1. Of coarse make sure the headset is charged
2. Make sure the bluetooth headset if OFF
3. PRESS and HOLD the top/middle (on/off) button until the light stays on (it will blink then should stay on continuously). That means it is now in pairing mode.
4. Tell you phone to search for bluetooth devices.
5. It should find the headset, and by default type "0000" to pair your new headset**
**You can use whatever pin code you like......but I would recommend the default which is four zeros.

Is The Blue Tooth In Find Mode? To Inable Find Mode Hold The Power Button Until The Blue Tooth Stays Solid Lit Or Flashes. Then Search For It With Your Device And Once Completed Hit The Power Button Again And It Should Be Able To Pair Right Up.
