Sorry, that is why they call them puzzles. All the advice I can offer you is to be persistent. You will be rewarded with the feeling of accomplishment when you succeed in finishing the puzzle.

Professor layton & curious village puzzle 86

Naturally, the game should not do this and there is no fix for this kind of problem besides returning the game for a replacement (possibly after trying the game on another DS to make sure)

If you obtained a "second hand" copy of the game from some place like eBay, then you may well have a pirated copy of the game (which are known to have problems just like this one)

I'm at the end of the game and realize I did not click on the park gate sign to allow me to go back and open puzzle 120. Is there another way to unlock my last puzzle so I can have the last 3 bonus...

If Puzzle 120 is the one you're missing, this isn't in the park (which remains open once you've opened it)

You can see where it is here
http://professorlaytonwalkthrough.blogspot.com/2008/02/puzzle120.html

If this isn't the one you're missing, then you have to carefully look through the puzzle book in the game to find the missing puzzle number

No puzzles can be missed and you can go back and get any puzzle after completing the story (these will either be in the shack or still in their original locations)

I'm up in tower, stuck in Seven Blocks puzzle. I have found many times seven diagonal blocks but game keeps telling "incorrect. I'm fed up with it!!!

This is one of two puzzles that players keep asking about in FixYa

The hints give you the location of three squares and the size and angle of two others

Stuck on puzzle 94 (Get the ball out) 4 Can anyone help. Game Nintendo DS Professor Layton and the Curious Village

094 Get the Ball Out! 4
-------------------------------
1. If you're persistent in your efforts, you'll eventually get the ball to
the hole, but there are tricks to streamline the process.
The large block in the puzzle is relatively limited in range of
movement, so you're going to have to do more work with the smaller and
more maneuverable blocks. If you focus on them and plan out a route,
things should go smoothly.
2. If you move the green block on the right down, you can fill the space
you create with a purple block from the right. If you can pull that off,
you'll be able to move the blue block in the upper left, which will
allow you to move the red ball out of its slot.
It may seem complicated, but give it a try.
3. There is no set solution to this problem.
Here's one way to start out. Move the lower-left purple blocks, then
slide the lower blue block to the left.
Next, drop the green block on the right down.
The rest is up to you.

However, I have found the following sequence if you can follow it to get it done in 21 moves:

094 Get the Ball Out! 4
------------------------------------------
Purple block = P
Yellow block = Y
Green block = G
Red ball = R
(l)eft (r)ight (u)p (d)own

P[d],P[l],B[l],G[dd],P[dd],P[rd],B[rr],R[dr],G[uu,Y[l],P[rd],
B[d],R[rru],B[ul],R[ddl],P[uuu],R[rd],P[u],R[l],G[uuu],R[rdd] = 21 moves

Thanks and please take a moment to rate as fixya.

Where is puzzle 120

http://www.wikicheats.com/index.php/Professor_Layton_and_the_Curious_Village_(DS)/Walkthrough#Puzzle_No._078

Go here for all puzzle walkthroughs
Puzzle No. 120 Tap the open manhole above from the Sewers below.
Get the Ball Out! 3: Slide the bottom-right blue block over to the right and drop that lower purple block in the slot with the hole. Now, drop the big yellow block down. Drop the top purple block down one and then reposition the top two blue blocks so they are touching end-to-end directly under the red ball. Raise the left green and the big yellow block up into the center. Slide the bottom-right-most blue block all the way to the left. Drop and slide the other right-hand-side blue block as far left as it can go now. Drop the green block on the right down and into the right-hand nook. Slide one of the top blue blocks to the far right along with the yellow block and the right-hand blue block on the bottom. Drop the red ball all the way down to the bottom row. Move the left-hand green block up into the ball's starting slot and slide the yellow block all the way to the left. Move the bottom-right blue block up and the small purple one that blocks the hole. Now simply put the red ball into the hole.

3rd hint is correct

You need to move the cards up onto the RED playing area and not just swap them around at the bottom of the screen.

Night time in the village

Hi, if you are still trying to get to the cafe, for your next clue?. The cafe is through the clock tower door. There is normaly a man standing in front of the door in the day time, don't know about the night time. If he is there at night, you have to ask him, he will show you a puzzle, which you have to solve, then he will let you through the gate. Also you have to have 30 puzzle as well. When you do get to go through the gate, the cafe is right in front of you.
If you are still in night time mode, i think may be you have to ask every one, as they give out clues. when you do get to
day time mode, still talk to the man in front of the clock tower.
Hope that helps, hope I have explained it ok. let me know if it helped. Pitsop
