Mix Stick not compatible with Vista

My daughters just got the older Tinkerbell Mix Sticks from a relative for Christmas. It said it was compatible with a PC on the box so we opened both, charged them and when I tried installing the software it says this is only compatible with XP. I have Vista on my laptop and my daughters want to download their music. Is there anything I can do?

The help site on the box isn't a valid address, but I found the answer at www.digiblue.com. The software isn't compatible with Vista so I was not able to put my music in "mix it" format, but I was able to drag my music onto the stick like a flash drive. It works great, but I am not able to use the "mix it" feature on the stick itself. No big deal. :-)

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

1.your software may not be compatible with the Windows 7 and will have to be run in the compatibility mode for Windows Vista.
Check the compatibility mode for the Vista to install your "craft studio"cd it may not be compatible with Vista and can only run in XP mode or Windows 98.

here is the instruction from Microsoft to use the compatibility mode in Windows Vista:

Can i buy and install my own memory upgrade? if so what are size and compatibility issues to avoid? thanks

Toshiba Satellite A135-S2356 has a maximum of 2GB which can be installed in the maximum 2 memory Slots in the memory compartment: 2 X 1GB PC2-4200 DDR2 SODIMM (200 pins) memory stick.
Note that in general, especially for older laptops, that you should not mix different size/brand of memory stick as the unit may even fail to boot or can behave erractically (reboots or system freezes).
Hope it helps.

I have lost the software to disney mix stick. Please help

Hi,

Please confirm what operating system your computer runs (like Windows XP or Vista). Also, confirm if you are looking for its drivers or some other special software.

If your system is running Windows XP or Vista, you can simply plug the device in and it will automatically appear in Start > My Computer (or Computer). You can then simply drop your music files (such as MP3s) straight onto the device.

With regards.

Installed new mother board, bad things happened.

Hi,
Assuming that you triple checked to make sure you made all the connections right ( and that the motherboard diagram is not actually printed upside down giving you a backward christmas tree line up for the pronged connections (which happens)... and that you did apply the heat sink insulater goop nice and perfect...and that all your stuff is compatible with each other..
there are two possibilities.
Either you got a bad motherboard or you got a bad power supply.

Good quality power supplies are equally as important as the mobo.
Swap out the power supply. If the problem repeats, its definately the motherboard.

Thankyou and good luck. Please remember to rate my answer *s*

Here's what you need!

Plug one end into the computer, the other into the Mix Stick and you're set. Then you can just leave the cable plugged in when you disconnect the player.
