LG Verizon Chocolate Phone headset issues.

go to your provider website and see if there is a software update. install updates and see if it acts better.
it may have some bugs that there are fixes for.

i think this is firmware program. need to reinstall system.

check how much memory is on the chip, if the memory chip is showing used memory then somethings wrong cuz it aint showing the songs. also when you were on media player did you drag the songs you wanted into the right coluumn and then sync. if you did then call for help or go to place of purchase

okay all of you take the phone to a mobile service center and have the flexcable replaced, this will correct the white screen issues.

i would go with a defective headset the button is to be pressed to ans. calls which is why it's hanging up when a call comes in and you are already pressing it

1) get a MicroSD card (it'll come with an adapter)
2) on your computer, transfer the mp3 files to the microSD
3) put the microSD in your phone.

1- first u have to uninstall verizon *288, than try ur music button, if facing same problem, than there is problem in u r keypad, contact lg care center

If that phone came from Verizon, it will only play v-cast songs.  That's how they get you to buy it.  By saying it's a "music player"

you have to buy the music kit and then transfer the songs onto your phone with that and then you can move them onto your memory card
