Samsung warranty does not cover water or physical damage, you need to check if the phone was sent to a Samsung authorized service centre, if it was not then you need to call samsung.2ndly if the handset was assessed by samsung service center , and your adement that it was not water damage then you can contact another samsung service centre. or my all rights you can contact DFT
you can take the battery and the back off the device and place in completely submerged in a bag of white rice and leave it in there for 1 to 2 days this will help absorb the moisture, this should fix it if the water did not damage the circut boards if the water damaged the circut boards then the device is fried
It's water damaged. It's very difficult, if not impossible, to fixed water damaged electronics. If you drop something in the water, you're supposed to rinse it off with distilled water and let it dry completely. If you turn it on while it's still wet, it will damage it permanently.
If it has water damage, than that means something is wrong with it. Water damage is the worst thing for electronics(as you probably know). If there is a chance of it still being wet inside dont turn it on(you turned it on didn't you?) Dude just get your 360 replaced. If it has water damage and still works, the life of your console is probably reduced greatly. Just try and get the new console if you can. Sorry if your hard drive got the wash too.
You'll need to take it to a tech so they can clean the water damage and oxides that have accumulated inside. You answered the problem on your post by saying the phone has water damage.
