What could be causing these 2 Audio issues I am having in my 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe?

The wires could be shorting or have a bad connection any where in the length from the radio to the sub woofer. I lost all sound in my Tahoe and thought that the connection was at the radio but never found a problem. One day on a hard left turn a loose chair in the back area of the Tahoe struck the right side panel which has the speaker and everything starter working.

Making a wooden picture frame with perfect corners

Picture frames are very easy to make, but many people make the same very basic mistake that will ruin your frame. It is very important that you follow the carpenters rule of measure twice and cut once. If you don't cut the sides of the frame to be the same length, and you cut the angles of the corners slightly off then when you put it together the final corner won't line up.

The things that you are going to need is a miter saw, some clamps, a backer board and a drafting squares to make sure you have the right angle.

To set up take your backer board and cut off a piece that's around 4 inches to be used as a sliding marker gauge. After cutting it off attach a small piece of wood to keep the slider from shifting around.

With the saw unplugged and turned off clamp the backer board to the back of the saw. To cut the corners of the a frame you need to set the saw to a 45 degree angle. Make sure to check the angle using a drafting square align one side with the backer board and bring down the saw blade align them to make sure its a 45 degree angle. When you think that its right grab yourself a piece of scrap wood and make an initial cut. After cutting the test measure the angle to make sure that it is the right angle.

When you are ready to cut the frame itself take the four pieces of the frame and make an initial cut. Once all the boards have been cut once take your slider marker to the length that you want the sides of the frame to be and clamp it in. Take the first two sides and one at a time line it up with the backer board with the angle on the outside and the cut point against the slider. Turn on the saw and cut the other end. Repeat these steps to cut the other three sides.

After all the sides have been cut use a 90 degree angle to align the corners of the frame. Lay out all the sides of the frame and line them up as tight as you can. To connect them you can use a staple gun to staple the corners together. If you were aligning it and pushing the sides together when you stapled the corners you should have perfectly aligned corners.

Now all that's left is to sand it down and get the inside ready for a picture and stain it if you want.

HOW DO I INSTALL A NEW STRING IN A PRO CUT 11 for Ryobi RLT30CD trimmer

LINE REPLACEMENT (Fig. 8) (For Reel EasyTM Head) Use 2.4mm monofilament string. Use original manufacturer's replacement string for best performance. n Stop the engine and disconnect the spark plug wire. n Cut one piece of string approximately 7.6m in length. n Rotate knob on string head until line on knob aligns with arrows on top of string head. n Insert one end of string into eyelet located on the side of the string head and push until string comes out through eyelet on the other side. Continue to push string through the string head until the middle section of the string is inside the string head and string outside the string head is evenly divided on each side. n Rotate the knob counterclockwise on the string head to wind the string. Wind the string until approximately 20cm remains protruding from the string head. INSTALLING STRING IN PRO CUT II STRING HEAD Use monofilament string between 2.4 mm and 2.7 mm diameter. Use original manufacturer's replacement string for best performance. n Stop the engine and disconnect the spark plug wire. n Gather two of the pre-cut lengths of trimmer line provided or cut two pieces of trimmer line, in 28 cm lengths. n Insert the strings into the slots located on the sides of the string head. String should be pushed in until approximately 2 cm protrudes from the holes on the top of the string head. n Remove old string by pulling it from the holes located on the top of the string head. http://www.screwfix.com/sfd/i/cat/pdfs/89/p4763889.pdf

Subwoofer sound cutting out.

Hiya by rattling i am assuming like something loose/fell off etc (rattling sound or distortion on the speaker itself is different, speaker could be damaged or braiding damaged that 'Might" make the speaker come in and out.) Something could have come of the PC board and may not be to serious. Probably protecting as not 100%. It may be as simple as resoldering the part but if not sure on your side i would advise seeking some help. Best of luck

2 DHD NTX-6812 car subwoofers

First you'll need to buy a good quality amp wiring kit. For the torture your battery receives, get a power cap. The higher the farad the better off. And as for sound quality use really good RCA's and speaker wire. Try to keep the amp as close to subs as possible, and speaker wire a the necessary length. Not to long. Be sure to have a good ground.
