Not to be Captain Obvious here but there is a hole from hitting something. It corroded or there is a point of disconnection in the fill line. That is where I would look. I have to believe that if it is indeed pouring out there should be evidence of where it is coming out just from the gas cleaning off that area.

Can you bypass ac pulley on 2005 Ford Five Hundred Limited 3.0

It is generally not recommended to bypass the AC pulley on a vehicle, as the AC system is an important component that helps to regulate the temperature and airflow inside the vehicle. Bypassing the AC pulley could potentially cause issues with the functioning of the AC system and may even result in damage to the system.
If you are experiencing problems with the AC system in your 2005 Ford Five Hundred Limited 3.0, it is generally best to have the issue diagnosed and repaired by a qualified mechanic or technician. They will be able to determine the root cause of the issue and suggest the appropriate repairs or maintenance to resolve the problem.
If you are having difficulty finding a qualified mechanic or technician to work on your vehicle, you may want to consider contacting a Ford dealership or the Ford customer service team for assistance. They may be able to provide you with recommendations or help you locate a qualified service provider in your area.

Car stopped running won't start

Sorry about the late answer. Was in the outback (I live in Haiti).Did you check for power to the coil? This should be the first step. If power then check the distributor (the models we've here have electronic distributors with one coil).

to correctly repair and diag, you should have gauges to monitor the system, if the system was totally empty, possible moisture in system, it needs to be evacuated for at least 15 mins with a DUAL A/C system.....also check the cycling switch located at the dryer it could be starting to go bad.....But still with out gauges your guessing at what could be wrong....GL....
