Question about Epson Stylus 1520 InkJet Color Printer
I recently changed to Vista + Photoshop cs4 with my old Stylus C 1520. I need to modify the screen output in the print instruction in Photoshop but I can't get to it: the "screen" option stays gray. Seller of photoshop suggests problem is caused by printer not being postscript enabled. This was no problem with my XP + photoshop cs3 + Stylus C 1520. However I can get access to this output option if I select cutePDFwriter as a printer which it is not in fact.
It sounds like you need a driver update for your printer although the most recent seems to be for earlier OS on the website. I would contact Epson and see what they can suggest if you want to continue to use this printer. I think though that you may have to consider printing to PDF format as a step you may have to accept.
