Here's a link to some online documentation for that player (I couldn't find a link to download the manual itself):

when you connect it to the computer, go to "my computer" and look for it as a 'device' like the harddrive on your computer would appear (Local Disc (C:) ) and open it like a regular folder - you may have to right click and select "explore" - this should show you the available files on the device and allow you to select the option of putting your music in the music folder itself.

Make sure the music files are in the Music folder on the player, also if there is option to manual update the player try that and restart.

Check the file types of the music files. Mp3 will work, To check these hover over and look at the ending if they are ".mp3" Then they should work.

If this is the case, check that the files dont have to be in a folder labled "music"

You can also try to locate the files using the mp3 player to make sure it hasnt got "lost" as such

If none of these solution work, refer to the manual that came with it.

My instruction book on how to word my gpx mp3 player

Several ways.
Just plug in the small usb cable.
One of the options that should pop up is open to view files.
Once you do this it acts just like a drive.
Copy your mp3 files to it.

Change your USB mode to Auto in the Settings menu of your Sansa player, and see if the folder will reappear. Here is a link to your user's manual if you need help seeing what I am talking about:

MP3 PLAYER IS SAYING AUDIO FORMAT FILE ERROR

Make sure that the file format of the music you are trying to play is supported by the player that you have. If it isn't you can convert the file by using a file converter you can download from the net.

Playback

Hi Vitt, There are two ways to switch off the AudioDream, the power switch or holding the Menu button for 5-6 seconds. When the power switch is used changes in the settings are not saved to memory. After changing settings always power down the AudioDream by pressing the Menu button. This will save the changes you made. Have a good one! El Duderino
