I can get music on it
Plug you player into your PC.
double click on "My Computer"
your player should be displayed as a REMOVABLE DRIVE.
double click on it.
now just drag and drop your music files into it.

Tips for a great answer:
perhaps you do not have the audio player for the music.ext you are downloading. Look at the file name. It should say something like music.mp3 or some other 3 letter extension. Make sure you have the proper application to run it.
