Question about HP OfficeJet K80 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Even though the light is green, pull a voltage check on the power adapter. If I remember correctly it should be approx. 18 VDC. If that is present, one of the control boards is probably bad or power connector in the K80 needs to be resoldered or replaced. If parts are needed, it may not be economically feasible to repair.
