Turn the program toggle switch on (right side of KSU), go to the phone to be programmed and press the # button, then press the line button to ring, then pick up and then hang up handset. You should hear a confirmation tone. This will affect all line buttons, even the ones not pressed. Any line buttons not pressed will not ring. Do this at each phone.

Firstly we need to check if the problems is with the phone or the phone line itself, try plugging a known working phone in to the wall socket and ring it, if the phone rings the aloud the problem is with the other phone if the phone doesn't ring the problem is with the phone line its self and an engineer will need to investigate further, Lets assume the problem is with the phone itself:
Providing you are dialling the correct number and desk phone is switched on, then two things spring to mind, either the phone has been set to silent (I would need both the make and the model to do a walk through on how to turn the volume up) or the speaker for the ringer has been damaged and the phone needs replacing.
Ringing is assigned in system programming, so if your phone doesn't ring you can't change that unless you have person on site who works on the system at that level. Some places use the night mode feature to make certain phones ring in day mode, and others to ring in night mode. Not very likely but sometimes the mode gets switched at places who don't realize they have another mode, suddenly only 2 phones ring instead of ...5. Feature,80,Feature, is the code to switch back and forth on a Pro II, an Elite, and an IPK system. This would be done at the reception phone. These phones also work on several other systems so don't know if this works for you. Or maybe you set Do Not Disturb, which would keep your ringer off.
2.) What if someone dials you on intercom does it ring then?
If #1 the phone SYSTEM usually has an option that you have to program and add you to the ring pool for the outside lines.
If #2 does not ring it is also a function to disallow ring, but it very well could be the phone. Since the line is all that matters and NOT the phone, you could try another phone at your location and see if the same happens. If it does, you will need to program the SYSTEM from either Ext. 10 or 11 to add you to the ring pool and allow ring.
