Question about Akai PDVD172 Portable DVD Player
I bought an AKAI PDVD172 DVD player with my Barclays Visa Card on the 26th Dec 2008 at a shop Victory Silk DFS, No 178, Departure Lounge, BIA KTUNAYAKE in the departure lounge Colombo Airport on my home to Heathrow Airport at 14:13:31hrs.
On my return home in St Albans, Hertfordshire I found that the new rechargable battery does not charge at all. I obviously need to get a replacement. I have the receipt but the warranty telephone number for a company ESI Worldwide Inc. 55 Town Center Court,Suite 700, Toronto, ON M1P 4X4 416-296-9926 is unobtainable.
Please can you let me know where I can get this exchanged as it is a new product and I need the player for work purposes urgently.
I look forward to hearing from you ASAP.
