Speakers no power

No Power means no supply. Step by step troubleshooting is recommended. Start with the main source power, then the cable wires, then to the primary section of the circuit board. Some components may be busted already.

Can ce 2000 be converted from 110 volts to 240 volts ? How much would it cost?

You could get an outside box called a Step down transformer that would deliver 110 volts to the amp. A quick look on Google should come up with prices.
All you need however is a new transformer. If you can find the specifications for the one in the amp it will be much easier to get a new one. All you need to know is the outputs of the secondary windings of your amp's transformer and current ratings. The primary winding will be 240 on the new one and 110 on the old. But you can get one with both!
If you ask Crown they might even convert it for you or put you in touch with someone who will.

Bose SA-3 amp and a non bose sub.. I keep blowing the amp..

How many ohms is your sub? The SA 3 Amp can only handle speaker(s) 6 ohms and greater. A lot of subs, as I understand, are 2 and 4 ohms typically. If yours is 2 or 4 ohms, then that explains it. The speaker would be "straining" your amplifier and blowing it.

Bose SA2 distortion

As the distortion is on both channels it must be something to do with something that is common to both!
My guess is an IC. Check to see if it uses an IC for the main amplification. They are big with loads of pins coming out of them. Sometimes marked STK and then a number. If you find one it will have gone! Replace it with the exact part.

Amp blown cant even find a fuse

All amps have fuses [multiples]. Check where the black wire line connects to the unit itself. Look carefully as it may be sealed within that connection. A small, sharp object may be used to pry it open [unplug unit prior]. Fuses are usually located on the PCB and although they may not resemble the "glass type" they also look like little resistors. A DVM is your best bet in which to troubleshoot this problem, otherwise you are just doing a simple visual with no true direction.

Even the main transformer (primary windings) are thermally fused. Using a meter, check the primary for an open as well as the secondary. Should you have an open on the trans, it will be a costly fix. All depends on what happened when the amp stopped working. Overdrive? Underdrive? lalalalala

Amp power

Make shure with an ohm meter that the primary and secondary windings have very little resistance on the main trasformer, then check voltage in trasformer and out from transformer...BIGRED
