Question about Zanussi FLA1001W Front Load Washer
Sounds like the belts come off - or motor brushes.
To get the back off: -
take top off; release 4 off (2 each side) self tapping bolts from top plate by the springs; remove plastice plugs at bottom sides and remove self tapping bolts (1 each side); remove 2 off bolts from back (at bottom); remove plastic housing holding pipework and cable from top; now work loose the back (it will be bonded up the sides so you'll have to be forceful). When the back is off you will see the belt. If belt is still on wheel and motor then check motor bushes. If belt has come off then check if your wheel is aligned with motor rotor - as mine isn't. I wounder if this misalignment is by design.

If the washer seems to complete all of its cycles, but it doesn't spin: 1) Be sure the load of clothes is not lop-sided, and dont overload. If the tub becomes unbalanced, it may spin erratically or not at all. Sometimes you can just open the lid and reposition the clothes. This automatically resets an off-balance shut-off switch. Just close the lid and re-try. 2) Check the lid switch and the tab on the lid that strikes it. If the plastic tab is broken, the washer may halt during the spin cycle. If the switch doesn't click when you press and release it, it's probably broken. If you're experienced at home repair, you can remove the switch, test it, and replace it if needed; otherwise, call an appliance repair service person. 3) The belt may be loose, worn, or broken. If you're fairly handy, tighten or replace the belt, otherwise call an appliance repairperson, there may be a problem with the controls.

Tips for a great answer:
This means that the filter is clogged. Unscrew the filter it'll be full of lint. E20 also means drain problem. If it actually goes through the Spin cycle then there is most likely some water still not drained out at the time of the tumble dry. Check the drain and the hose to make sure it isn't clogged.
