My Bose 321 dvd only plays in black and white

My Bose DVD player only plays in Black & White...Can you fix this problem?

SOURCE: Bose 321 only plays DVD movies in black and white

This happens because the connections are not pushed in fully. Check the connections are push them fully in, they are very stiff on Bose units.

If that doens't help, try a new cable.

Replace the laser that reads the discs!

Go to the "Bose" menu screen viewing on your TV (make sure no dvd is in the player) Go to your Video controls and check your output, chances are, if your using the component output your player is set to "S-Video". SOURCE: Bose lifestyles v28 plays dvds in black and white

Check your video output settings in the menu. If you are using a composite video output and do not have the system sut up for it, you will get a B&W picture. Check your menu settings.

Bose 321 dvd and remote


hello.

Clean out the battery connection inside the battery case. Incase this work disassemble your remote and find any fault connection in it. or let the repair man do it.

If the remote work change the setting press PBC mode this will change the color. or refer to the manual for changing view setting.

DVD problem - now only plays in black and white


Check the video connections on the back of the Bose unit. I have a Lifestyle 38 and had an issue with video only playing in black & white. Turned out to be a loose connection.

Can only get black and white images when playing DVD's


Check your settings - video format. It should be NTSC for USA standard. If it is set to European (PAL) it will be in black & white. Hope this helps.
