MacBook Pros before late 2009 contain no SD card slot for the photo memory card to be inserted into. Instead, leave the memory card in the camera, attach the camera via a USB cable and wait for the card to show up on the desktop.
Some Sony Cybershot camera's have a small amount of memory built into the camera. Double check that the camera is set to put the pictures onto the memory stick.
If the camera is set up correctly, the memory stick may not be formatted correctly for your computer. If at all possible, connect the camera to your computer directly with the USB cable that should have come with it.
The photos must have come in as attachments or compressed in the mail. Click on it to save to a specified folder, maybe you document folder. Now connect the sandisk memory stick to the PC and right Click on the photo. Youget option to copy or to send it to the memory stick . copy the photo and open the memory card to paste the photos to the required folder inside.
Do these steps in the same order.
sometimes old photos tend to stay inside due to some defect or settings. instead of deleting photos. format the card once before you start clicking the photos. formatting can be done in PC or in your camera. if this does not solve the problem. please revert back to us.
It sounds like the photos are downloaded onto the pc... the access might mean that the memory card is empty. Turn the selector wheel on top of the camera to the mode that you take the photos on and try taking a picture. Make sure the card is in the right way first. Also the next time you download the photos just make a new folder on your desktop and label it photos. Insert the memory card open it and highlight one photo then press cntrl and A ...this will highlight all the photos in the folder then drag them to the new folder it will remove the photos from the card and place them in that folder on your pc. hope this helps
