Question about LG Vu CU920 Cellular Phone
I just got a new phone and Sim card for Christmas and i tried putting a pin code on my phone because my family kept looking through my messages so i wanted some thing to stop them from it!!!
The first time i tried to enter a new code for it, it didnt work it just said some thing like pin error, so i tired again a few tmes. The last time i tired it it came up with the same message but then it said enter puk code, i have no idea what that is, i read another link about it and t said that you have to get it off your sim card or the package that your sim card was in first and i dont have it any mroe!!!
is there any thing else i can do to fix it without using the stuff that came with it???
This is nothing to worry about and is very common. Contact the service provider orange, o2, vodaphone etc... and they will issue you with a puk code, they will ask you for the imei number inside the phone (normally under the battery), make a note of this before contacting them
I hope this helps
