Hi, I have had a HP3210 for a couple of years or so and had no problems. But, just recently it has started to have a problem when printing multiple pages of black only print. The first page is OK but subsequent pages are badly faded / not printed. It is fine on a single page, and fine on colour printing. I have tried various fixes mentioned on this site, such as the 4-button switch off, and also the USB and then power lead removal. I have put a new HP black in but no change. Can any one help ?? I am very loathed to contact HP direct....it would be cheaper to by another printer !!!
Regards,
Martin
Dear Martin Luke,
Take a look at the posts on "black ink problem" on this site. There are 9 offers of solution.
Many of us with this defectively-designed model have the same problem. Some say the answer is to do with button pressing, but action may need to be more radical and messy, and involves forcing the blockage out of the ink feeder tube etc.
Good luck!
