Do you have the scanning software installed on all your computers? Not just the server for printing. If not you need the program installed. Also, what program are you scanning with?

Make sure once you have the software installed properly that you set up the file ( address) correctly. You need to have the designation specified.

Increasing the scan contrast setting further blackens dark areas and whitens bright areas, whereas decreasing the contrast setting reduces the difference between bright and dark areas. You can adjust the contrast among three contrast levels.

  1. Press the button.

  2. Press the button.

  3. Press the (left) or (right) button to select the contrast.

Adjust the image quality according to the type of document you are sending.

  1. Press the button.

  2. Press the button two times.

  3. Press the l_mark.jpg (left) or r_mark.jpg (right) button to select the resolution.
