I am having a Panasonic Telephone Model No.KX-TSC35JXW but I am not able to make calls because it is telling that the dial is locked but i dont know how to solve the problem.Please help me.

On the front keypad, press the ok button until you have the option to select contact list. Scroll down that list until you see keyguard settings. Press ok to enter keyguard settings and then go to option 2 - unlock options. Select two step unlock. This will force the user to press "ok" and then "clr" in order to dial out.
