The see-through glass window is badly stained. The staining is between the outer glass and inner glass so cleaning both sides of the glass has not solved the problem. What can be done to solve this problem?

Re: See through oven glass window stained
This is common its called vapor lock look for screws holding in the glass if none are found there is a rope looking seal around it take a hook or pliers and remove it the glass will come out you can clean in between it and put it back fairly easily.

Since "open the oven" feels like an obvious answer, I'm going to assume you mean the interior side of glass on a double-paned window to your oven.
If this is the case, you are going to have to break the seal along the outer and inner windows to remove them. Unfortunately, without specifics on the oven's construction, this procedure could vary. I'm surprised the inside of the glass became dirty, which may lead to you finding a bad seal anyways which may need replacing.
Glass oven door is not compatible.
First of all, the oven door EKG5547XN has only two glasses, inner and outer, while the oven door EOB6632U has three glasses; inner, middle and outer.
Inner glass oven door, part number: 349 00 30-01/6, silkscreened; dimension: 456 x 323 mm, tempered glass.
Front glass oven door, part number: 349 10 45-14 / 6, stainless.
Inner glass oven door, part number: 899661 92 68-78 / 3,
silkscreened; dimension: 479 x 391 mm, tempered glass.
Middle glass oven door: dimension: 447 x 380 mm.
Front glass oven door: dimension: 589,5 x 466 mm.
Taking the door off the oven and lay door on a soft surface so as to prevent scratching ,taking the door apart ( Carefully ), allow for a large work space, lay out your screws, the glass you are trying to reach is an inner glass, so obviously self clean is not going to help. Good luck!
Debruce polish works perfectly on these types of "stains". Also use on all glass surfaces: fire place glass, oven windows etc... you will be amazed. Yet not available at the retail level you will find this wonderful "green product" at debrucepolish.com
The inner window should be part of the outer window. The 2 are one piece. If the inner window on the inside is dirty, then the seal has been broken or the glass is cracked. You will have to replace the entire glass or just live with it being dirty.
in your manual the is a section about how to remove the oven door. after removing the outer panel is removed by a few phillips screws around perimeter, of panel perhaps 2 for handle need to be removed depending on model. not a terribly difficult task, but take time and youll be fine
most microwaves have screws on the top and bottom outer lip edges. or under the rubber grommet if it has this . but this unit should have a 10 year warranty and they may cover this issue call them http://products.construction.com/portal/server.pt/gateway/PTARGS_0_2_493_204_249_43/http%3B/126.96.36.199/swts_content_files/15315/211253.pdf
