    Hi,

I am about to source two diode for the same inverter power supply. Did you find out what was the cause of your diode failures?

Chances are there are other bad parts blowing the diodes, most likely a MOSFET.

Also, the ESR of the electrolytic capacitors should be checked and all board connections must be checked and resoldered if suspect.

If you're not experienced in troubleshooting switched-mode power supplies (inverters) then you can probably save a lot of timer and money by replacing the whole inverter.

You can find the nearest spare parts supplier by selecting your country then the support links at Panasonic.net.

Hi, my panasonic nn-c784mf stop spinning, seems like the bolt at the center is stuck. Any solutions? Thanks!!!

If you are talking about the turntable with the glass plate that is not working. It is caused by a defective turntable motor, the only solution is to have it replaced, but considering prices as they are probably better to replace the microwave oven.

Blew fuse

The magnetron is more than likely shorted, but the high voltage diode and capacitor should be checked.

Panasonic NN-C980B stopped working. Blown fuse.

Sometimes when the mag shorts it takes out the inverter. I would measure the mag leads to ground and they should be open or 20M or so. If you have both a mag and inverter bad it's probably time for a new oven.

User manual lost

Hi,

I lost a user manual, then found these guys. They emailed it to me in about 2 hours and it only cost about £3, which i thought was very reasonable.

Replace the h.v. capacitor (the silver can mounted in back under the magnatron) and the h.v. diode and it will be fine.
