Hi, it is not a virus, it is the memory card it's getting damage that is why, it acts the way it those.

What to do is this, backup your data in your computer through the USB cable. After that you will need to format the memory card.

But note that the memory card will need to be replaced for better performance.

It may have been damaged. If your card had a warranty try to get a new one. But if you put it into another device and it works, the card may have been a little dirty.

the firmware needs to be reflash on the phone this can be done at topsony.com or take the phone to a repair center and have it flash there.

have u checked the memory card seperatly. if not then check it in card reader or in other compatible mobile set. regarding camera, select phone memory for saving ur images. its a possibility of mem. card not allowing it to work properly.

Try blowing out the slot where the memory card goes. Since the cover has a tiny opening, it is quite possible that lint or dust has gotten into the slot where it goes! Good luck!
