Question about HP Photosmart 335 InkJet Printer
I have just bought a new HP tri-colour print cartridge no. 343 for the HP Photosmart 335 printer - and it keeps coming up with cartridge failed please replace cartridge - i have removed and re-inserted cartridge a number of times without success - although the first time it did a test print which seems ok? - can you help please - many thanks, A
Could have a corrupt driver.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and when the CD software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
