Call your bank, tell them you lost your bank card. They will issue you a new one, which will have a new card number. No one will have access to that new number unless you give it to them. Now maybe they are taking money directly from your checking account. In that case, tell them that you have broken up with your girlfriend (wife) and she has threaten to withdraw all your money. again, they will issue you a new checking account number. In both cases, your bank will not charge you. If it's a bard issue, it'll only take about 5 minutes on the phone. If it's a bank acct issue, then you might have to go to the branch. In either case, it's free, it doesn't post negatively against your credit score, and three, no crime has been committed Thus, you have new numbers, the withdrawal will stop, and you no longer will stress when these thieves keep dipping into your acct. For purposes of banking. DO NOT tell them the reason you are requesting a new card or acct number. They will charge you to do it, or they will refuse to do. Remember, you lost your card, or your girl friend is going to take your money! Problem solved!
