If you have verizon,, moto phone tools is useless for your phone
unless you know how to hack it, if you want the phone updater
I wil list a download from rapidshare,,,hold on,,haha

There is not update out for your model so you don't need the updater,
I am not sure what carrier you use,so just in case its not verizon here

My krazr no longer lets me view "received calls" within the "recent calls" menu. I can review "dialed calls" as normal, but when I select "received calls" it just takes me back to the "recent calls" menu....

There should be a problem with the operating system of your phone, please take a back up of your phone and i recommend you to update the software of phone using motorola phone tools or by simply visiting motorola website, this usually process of updating usually takes 20-30mins, but you will be assured with the perfectly running cell phone.

Try to update the firmware. you need to flash it using RSD lite software and you can download this for free on forums related to motorola and even firmware is available there.

Motorola v3x garbleb screen
The easiest thing to do here is take it to a professional but if you want to try updating your software off the Motorola website. (this require a data cable or bluetooth in your computer) This fixes a lot of software problems with the razor. If this doesn't work then you will have to reflash your Firmware which is like the Windows Xp of the phone. This does require a professional as it can destroy the phone.
