Gave you tried measuring the temperatures of your system (using software; I don't know if this possible with your computer)
Clean out any dust that may have built up in case, especially in the CPU heatsink using "canned" air (turn off your computer first)

Why does it shut off with 50 psi fuel pressure.

Do you smell fuel? It may be flooding itself to a stall. After the stall the fuel settles back to the tank, plugs are drying and working again and you restart.. Look into the ignition, fuel /air mixture

I have a Beverage-Air 4ft deli case unit powers on and runs but the pressure switch shuts unit down after running a few mins and then unit will start right back up run a few min and then shut off again ...

This could be caused by a defective fan motor, defrost problem, a Freon leak or a defective pressure switch. Does your model have a model number listed somewhere? I am here should you need me, Thanks John Tripp Appliance 911

The truck runs for about 15 min then stops will not start again for a few minutes then process repeats.

check the fuel filter and pump. if the ignition spark is ok.

sounds like a stuck key pad since you said the normal wash button flashed.. the other thing is try holding the door shut while you run it.. to see of it is maybe not latching properly..

Crash!!

Could be Heat, sounds like the system is shutting down to protect the processor. Let it sit shut down over night and see if it runs longer when it's cooled down. Is the fan running?

My 6030 has suddenly shut down!

it shutted down because (maybe)
of the folowing reasons:
1.) Error
2.) You have overloaded it,
3.) Full Memory.
try removing the battery (5 mins)
the put it back again.
then press on..
if it wont want to start.
charge your cellphone.
then try pressing the on button
