Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
After upgrade software, i loose all data from my iPod. Can i recover the old data?
Unfortunately no. Updateing shouldn't erase anything according to Apple but the reality is that sometimes it does though rarely. I have had to deal with that. You just have to have everything backed up. If it ever does it again and it is under warrarnty, take it in. It shouldn't be happening.
