Can I use Vicks v188 when the air conditioner is switched on

Depends on whether they are on the same circuit or not. Most small air conditioners draw enough power that they need to be on their own circuit. And it's best if a steam humidifier is the only appliance on it's own circuit.
If they are on separate circuits, it they should be fine. If they share the same circuit, look at the amperage of both (as shown on the appliance listing label, add them up. They must NOT exceed 12 amperes for a 15 amp circuit, 16 amperes for a 20 amp appliance circuit.
If either one is listed in watts, just take the wattage listed and divide by 120, which is the wall voltage and you will have the amperage. On air conditioners you are looking for the total wattage, NOT the locked rotor (LRR) or motor amps ratings.
Very small window air conditioners can usually share a circuit, if the amperage draw of other appliances is small enough. I doubt that it would work in this case, if you try it the worst that can happen is it will blow the circuit breaker or fuse. This will happen (usually) after a period of time for a circuit breaker or when starting for a fuse.

What do i have to do to plug my 110 air conditioner into where my 220 window unit

You need a step down transformer, to convert 220V to 110V. You can't just plug the 110V A/C unit in directly unless it is clearly marked as being suitable for multi-voltage supply (110V - 220V input).

Such a transformer has to be of sufficient capacity to handle the current, or wattage, that will be required. The Frigidaire unit in your question is a 3.5 kW cooling capacity, so the transformer would need to be about the same, ie for a 10A supply at least. They are quite big boxes, about $120.

You would put this in the roof or in a cupboard.

Where is breaker located in hitachi split ac

you didn`t told if it is already installed or just going to the way,it has no breaker in it even on outdor unit, the only components that switching in it`s power are relays controled by electronic ckt the.installers of it,they just attaching the hot wire from your DB`s to the a/c switch(20 ampers,35 amperes) and going down to indoor units.your main distribution box has its own load schedule for it`s breaker attached in it.and not in your split type unit.the way of tracing it is look for the label opposite side of DB`s cover and it shows you where of those breakers are loaded by your a/c.

I am going to install a 3 phase 100 amp circuit breaker panel board to provide service to 9-10 individual air conditioning units. how do i wire these services?

you dont need 3 phase you need a 220v or 110v single phase supply these units usually take about 10 to 15 amps each if this is central units then you can use 3 phase but not nescessary

I have a Frigidaire air conditioner. I've never had a problem with it,at all until a few minutes ago. It all of a sudden quit working. I pushed the reset button and tried to push power, but nothing....

First check the outlet the unit is plugged into. It may be dead, due to a circuit breaker being tripped. Also, the interior of the outlet may be damaged or has a loose wire.

If a circuit breaker was tripped, unplug the unit before resetting the circuit breaker. Then plug the unit back in and turn it ON. If the breaker trips again, there may be a short in the AC wiring or there is another electric appliance on that same circuit, that may be causing an overload, when the AC unit is ON.

Hope this helps you to start troubleshooting the problem. Thanks for choosing FixYa.

I have a LG LWHD1500ER window air cond. and am wondering if I can plug it into a plug in my bedroom that has nothing else plugged into it? I don't know what a dedicated circuit means?

When you say dedicated circuit, you should have an electrical outlet that was installed just for your air conditioner. This outlet must have it's own circuit breaker that has higher ampere ratings. This ampere rating must correspond to your air condition horse power (HP) e.g. .75 hp, 1 hp, 1.5 hp, 2 hp. You should consult a qualified electrician for your safety.

Please i need to know cable sizes and measurement using in electrical building workshop drawing like ?\2.5mm

I suggest that first you should count your, like for example lights, power or outlet, ref and air-con etc.
now the computation is if you lights are 8 or more for example let say you have total lights number of 12 pcs. now times it to 100w then the total is 1200w and then divided in your volt on your country may its 110v or 220v. let say your volt supply is 110v. now 1200w/110v now you have total of 10.9a so this is the total ampere for lights. now you will used a 20 ampere C.B (circiut breaker) . Now the conduit is 1/2 or 15mm. the conduit is tube like for example RSC ( rigid stell conduit) or EMT.( intermediate metallic conduit). etc.

And now for your power or outlet is TOTAL of power or outlet times to 200w now you can see that in lights we times it for only 100w but power or outlet is different to lights because it need it for unknown load that their going to plug it and this is also the given standard from NEC or NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE. so lets go back to load computation so let say we also a 12 power or outlets times in 200w. 12x200w = 2400w now divided by voltage from your country and let say 110v
NOW 2400w/110v = 21.81a so you going to used a 30 ampere of C.B circuit breaker and the conduit size is 1/2 or 15mm. RSC., EMT OR EVEN FLEXIBLE HOSE.

suggestion: just limit your lights at least 10 - 15 pcs. only and also for your power or outlet.

GFI on cord trips out.

Probable cause is a single pole gfi opposed to a double pole gfi.
Use a two pole GFCI circuit breaker on such circuits.
