two is on some models there is alittle hole in back of unit.
Hold it down with a tooth pic for about 15 seconds.
Three. Need to go to there website.
Search your make and model
download the newest firmware.
after you download the firmware.
plug your mp3 player into usb device of your computer
Then install the firmware.
