Is there a firmware upgrade for a GE Cell Fusion 28128EE2 coredless phone

My GE Cell Fusion 28128EE2 Coredless phone will bluetooth sync to my iPhone5, and when the cell phone gets a call, it rings on the DECT6.0 handsets, but clicking the "Cell" button does not answer the cell phone. The cell phone just continues to ring. Is there ar firmware upgrade for the GE Cell Fusion base station or the iPhone 5's Bluetooth routine that will fix this problem?

I know this sounds silly, but try having your cell phone more than a couple feet away from the base of the DECT phone. Bluetooth can have issues when they are really close together. I have mine setting about 6ft away without problems.

I have the same problem. I dont understand what the 'auto connect' feature as you would think it would re-pair with the cell once the bluetooth is disconnected, right?

I've hard the Parrot LS installed in my car for quite some time. I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 3GS and since I haven't been able to sync. In the past the "code" would pop up on the screen...
I would suggest seeing if there's a firmware upgrade for your device. You can download the updater here. It looks like the newest firmware is version 2.12. The updater will walk you through the process of downloading the firmware and flashing it to your device. The only requirement is that you need a computer (preferably a laptop) with bluetooth. These firmware updates will often fix syncing problems especially as new devices come out.

Your your phone to the Parrot, but this should be started automatically. If not check your phones manual on how to pair. The pairing code for the 3100 is '1234'. Enter that in when requested.

Make sure you have the correct password for your phone. Also look in your fusion manual as to the correct steps needed.

  • Press the Power Button. // This is on a 2010 Ford Fusion.
  • Then you hit the Phone Button.
  • It should say “No Phone Paired” that means that no phone has been paired with this.
You now have a choice of options:
  1. Add Bluetooth device
  2. Connect Bluetooth device
  3. Set Primary Phone
  4. Set Bluetooth On/Off
  5. Delete Device
  6. Delete all Devices
You want to choose Add Bluetooth Device, press OK
  • Then on your mobile, turn your Bluetooth On.
  • Setup Bluetooth – Search
  • Now it’s searching for it, when that gets full, Click Sync.
  • Then you’ll want to enter the PIN number that’s on the screen.
  • Say YES to connect to Sync.
  • Now screen on dash will say your mobile phone

I have plugged my Alto Coredless but it is not work. The like in the stand is not on.
  1. Make sure you have plugged in the stand’s USB plug into your note book first, and turned on your computer.
  2. Next, on the right side of the stand, there is a connection button.
  3. Press it. You will see lights (A and 3) Flashing back and forth.
  4. While the lights are flashing back a forth, look under the keyboard inside the battery compartment.
  5. Place in battery slot, 2 (AAA) batteries.
  6. Next to the battery slot is a little red button, press it.
  7. The lights on the stand should go out.
  8. Your keyboard is connected to your laptop.
