My ZEN Mozaic just froze on a song what do i do

I was listening to music and my song shut off its froze on a song screen

Try reseting the ZEN. There should be a tiny reset button on the bottom left side, you might have to use a staple or paperclip or pencil tip to reach the button. Your music, pictures, and videos should all still be able to work. If this doesn't work I don't know what to do.

There is a lil button on the left side of your MP3 player, u can even just push it with ur headphone end.

1. Firmware [for your player]
Get a download from the support site and install:
this will put maps onto the device. Communication with the software
on the computer is available after getting the next item (2.) is done.

2. Application software [for the computer]
2.1 Creative Centrale (+ User Guide) is usefull to get songs on your Mozaic.
2.2 Windows Media Player 11 can be used as well. Note: You'll first have to make a playlist: Save the playlist: Next Synchronize it onto
the Zen.

3. Drag and drop
Once firmware is installed you can also use the drag and drop method. Move music, pictures, video inside maps on the computer into the corresponding map onto the player.

My creative zen 4gb will freeze when playing any media


It is possible a virus has infected your device. If there is no virus in it, then it require re-programming. Visit http://www.s1mp3.org and find the appropriate firmware and tool. Try to reprogram it.

No Album Art


Was there a picture within the music album folder? You can manually put it there by opening the album folder and insert a picture of your choice along with the music.
It should recognize the picture and appear when that particular album or song within the album plays

ALERT ! This 0.5 GB is the internal memory
The files written to the internal memory will be erased after

Zen mp3 player 4gb won't work just got it yesterday


I would suggest you take it back and get another brand. I bought 2 of those and they both kept on having the same problem. I do not that the Creative Zen is good product.

I need help transfering my music form the computer the the zen


What do you want to transfer it to? If you're putting it into an p3 player, once you have the music set as the type of files that your device will play, you should be able to drag & drop the songs right to the player.

This is not a Zen Vision:M. Likely a Zen Micro. The hard drive is bad and will need to be replaced.
