Hi!

The PC is certainly getting power if it's turning on and showing you the HP logo on the screen.

Could potentially be a hardware issue-- could you provide me with abit more information by replying to this message?

Look forward to hearing from you.

Abit ab9 pro motherboard diagram

Abit Support > Abit AB9 Pro motherboard > Motherboard manual download page,

http://www.abit.com.tw/page/en/download/download_manual_detail.php?pFILE_TYPE=Manual&pMAIN_TYPE=Motherboard&pTITLE_ON_SCREEN=AB9+Pro&pSOCKET_TYPE=LGA775

On this page left-click on the country nearest you
(Asis, Europe, US)
After you click a small window will come up -
Opening ab9_series.zip

Make sure there is a green dot in the circle to the left of Save File.
If not, left-click on the circle.
Now go below, and click on OK.

A small download window will appear on the left.
While it is downloading look at the heading.
It will show the percentage rate of downloading, and state where the file is going.
Example: 50% downloading - Downloads

I just downloaded the file. It is going to a sub-folder within the My Documents folder called Documents.
(WinXP: Start > My Documents > Downloads)
For me I will go to the My Documents folder, then double-click on Documents.
The file may go to the same place for you, or to your desktop screen.

This is a Zip file. You need a program to Un-zip the file, if you do not have one.
If you do not have a program I suggest you download 7-Zip for free.
(Zip files are used to send large files easily)

When you see the file name, Double-click right on it.
Click on Next, Next, and Finish.
You will now see a small window with the file name next to an Adobe PDF icon.
Double-click on it.

If you cannot download this file, let me know in a Comment as to what you wish to know about the motherboard, and I will post back in an additional comment.

Regards,
joecoolvette.

Please help My sound is not working I lost my Motherboard CD My motherboard is ABIT LG 95c V:1.0

Is the sound card recognized in the device manager? (Right-click on My Computer click on Manage and then Click Device Manager) if so you should be able to update/find the sound card drivers, or just go to ABIT's website.

Can't get the realtek sound drivers to install on a abit nf-m2sv motherboard

Here's a link to Abit site download page for that board:

http://www.abit.com.tw/page/en/download/download_driver_detail.php?pFILE_TYPE=Driver&pMAIN_TYPE=Motherboard&pTITLE_ON_SCREEN=NF-M2SV&pSOCKET_TYPE=Socket%20AM2

Download the sound driver to be sure it's the latest version, and you should be able to install. You might also try verifying that the onboard sound is enabled in your BIOS.

Motherboard Driver

Search for, and download a program called Aida32 (personal edition, which is shareware)

This program will tell you the make and model of your mainboard, and even suggest links for the drivers.

It's best to find out what board it is, then go to that manufacturer's website to download the drivers.

e.g: An Abit NF7 (my old board) would require me to go to www.abit.com
Gigabyte is www.gigabyte.com.tw
and so on...

RAIDMAX X1 Computer Case

Hi, if this is only the case speaker cable you are asking about, then just use a small pair of side cutters and cut the plug apart and plug the red and black cable on seperately. Regards mistyman
