My best advice is to contact your local vendor or telephone contractor.

When adding doorphone to Avaya Partner system, phones ring once and then system answers.

Did you program teh phone as a door phone 1 or 2? Then you will need to program the phones you want to ring itnto teh Doorphone 1 or 2 ring group.

Incoming calls ring once and are told thew will be transferred and then a voice tells them goodbye

Sounds like your system lost its programming so now the voicemail ports are just like extensions, they are ringing and picking up. And since the voicemail doesn't know where the phone systemn is, it just transfers all calls to the lowest numbered extension (10)

The system needs to be reprogrammed completely.

Avaya 18D unable to make outgoing calls

Sounds like you changed your line selection. Changing line selection on a Partner system is done on either ext 10 or 11.
At one of those ext's press the feature key and "00"
Next press the left hand intercom twice
The display should say system programming

Press the right hand intercom once. The display should say Centralized Programming.

Enter in the extension number that you want to program.

enter **
press the lit line in the order you want the to be used, i.e. line 2 then line 3 then line 4 etc.
enter ** when finished with line selection
Press feature "00" to logout
Hope that helps
