I would like 2 know da right way 2 wire thiz amp meanin da rem trun on wire itz my 2nd amp in da car and da manual says connect 2 da ant rem wire but thatz not enongh power so if u know hit me up thank u

It is correct to connect the amp turn on wire to the amplifier remote. 5V is sufficient to turn most amplifiers on... It should be 12V optimally.
If the amplifier is not turning on with the ant. remote, the problem is with the amplifier.

Some amps come with extra, power,rem,ground, so you can , power up another Amp Without runing to many wires. , or using a power block.like a parallel, being your 1st Amp your power block, and your remote, ground .
Wire connection is not right or the power source is not enough. Make sure the radio wires connected to the car are correct and that the usually blue and white REM wire from the radio is connected to the REM position in amp. Power source must be straight from battery not from anywhere else. Ground wire should be connected any metal bolt in trunk or to a new hole drilled into frame. Also make sure that the wires for speakers are running on 1 side of the car and the power is on the other side, never together on same side of car. Hope this helps
the rem wire is for switched power from your head unit usually most after market stereos(head units) have an output for the rem wire.......if not use the power antenna wire from the back of the radio (usually blue or blue white) as for the input you need to use one or the other low or phono Hope this helps..Good Luck!
With your multimeter set to DC volts, the black meter probe on the ground terminal of the amp (not on the point where the ground wire connected to the vehicle) and the head unit on (so the amp will have remote voltage applied), touch the red probe alternately to the B+ and remote terminals of the amp. If the voltage is below ~11 volts, you need to check the wiring feeding whichever line is too low.
Assuming you have been using the unit already for some time, it is possible that:
1. (Agree with you) The ground might have loosen up, re tighten the connection points and make sure that if it is chassis/body grounded, there is no paint/corrosion between the grounding lug and the point of connection. Better still,wire at least a #14 autowire from the amp's body to the negative of your battery;
2. check and verify that the speakers connected to the amp are good;
3. The speaker wirings might be touching the car's chassis or grounded somewhere. Check where the speaker wires pass and leads to visually making sure that no bare/scraped wire touched any metal part of the car; and/or
4. The amp itself might be at fault and would require the services of a qualified professional.

The amp's not actually a very good match for the sub, since the sub can be wired for 2 ohms or 8 ohms, and the amplifier is most efficient at 4 ohms in bridged mode. My advice would be to wire the amp in bridged mode, and wire the sub for an 8 ohm load. To do this, the amp's (+) wire should go to the (+) terminal on one of the sub's voice coils. Then run a wire from the (-) terminal on the OTHER voice coil to the (-) terminal on the amp. The remaining (+) and (-) terminals (on opposite voice coils) should be connected to each other with a wire.
Your original wiring setup had the amplifier connected to only one voice coil, while the other voice coil was shorted.
