Never had this problem before. It will print from everywhere else but won't print any Word Perfect documents. I talked with a Dell agent and he says it's a software problem coming from some sort of an update.

Make sure you have all the recent microsoft updates.
If it still won't print you can use OpenOffice (Free to use and download) to open your documents with and maybe they will print from there. Using Open Office may change some formatting, but you can usually fix that pretty easily.
Download Open Office
Try to re-seat the cartridges in the printer. Open the printer
cover > remove the cartridges > close the printer cover > re-brick you
printer by pulling out the power supply - black box behind the printer where
the power cord is plugged in, and re-plug after 10 seconds. When the printer
turns on, reinsert the cartridges and close the cover. Try to print a document
again to verify that the problem is fixed.
If that doesn't help, the problem could be due to a clogged print
cartridge nozzle. Please follow the steps below to fix print quality issues
with your model:
From the Maintenance tab, select Clean to fix horizontal streaks.
Your printer will then print a page forcing ink through to clean the print
cartridge nozzles.
After printing the test page, try to print a document again to verify that the problem is fixed.
Cleaning the Print Cartridge Nozzles:
1.
Open the Lexmark Solution Center. Click Start > Programs or All Programs >
Lexmark 1300 Series. Select Solution Center.
2.
From the Maintenance tab, click Clean to fix horizontal
streaks.
3.
Click Print. A nozzle page
prints, forcing ink through the nozzles to clean the clogged nozzles.
4.
Print the document again to verify that print quality has improved.
Using the control panel
1.
Press Menu.
2.
Press the down arrow button until you highlight Clean Cartridge.
3.
Press Select. A nozzle page
prints, forcing ink through the nozzles to clean the clogged nozzles.

Clean Cartridge Nozzles (Solution Center):
1. Open the Solution Center. Click Start >
Programs or All Programs > Lexmark 1300 Series. Select Solution Center.
2. From the Maintenance tab, click Clean to fix

3. Click Print. A page prints, forcing ink
through the print cartridge nozzles to clean them.
4. Print a document again to verify that the
print quality has improved.
