Question about Jensen CD-515K CD Player
I have a Jensen cd 515k stereo and for some reason the volume control stopped working. It wont turn up or down. does any one know how to fix it or do i need to get another face plate?
SOURCE: car stereo
if u got an amplifier, make sure u replace the fuse with a higher amp fuse, If the face for the detatchable deck got some kinda liquid, use compressed air to clean it a little bit, make sure alternator is charging and if ur car is not running then make it run to keep the battery chargin, :)

The substrait is probably cracked, that's the circuits inside the pc board of the faceplate. It will cost you too much to try to have it repaired. If you will wait for a few days I may have a face for it as I'm currently trying to fix one that is blowing fuses. I'm not going to spend a whole lot of time on it. I'll let you know.
