I can get it off the ground but I can't get any kind of control. It just goes straight up but when I try to get any kind of control in elevation it just cuts off. It either goes full power or no power. Their is no inbetween.

I have an Air Hogs havoc cyclone stunt plane. I am not sure if your plane has this, but on my plane's remote there left and right steering trim buttons. Play around with these until your plane flies correctly.

Youd tail motor in bad or the wires going to is are faulty. The flight board could be bad but thats unlikely. Good luck.

Does the direction of travel matters when it comes to Jet lag?

Absolutely, when you're flying north or south in the same time zone you experience the fewest problems because the time of day always remains the same as in the place where the flight originated. On the other hand, when you're flying east, you typically experience the most problems because you "lose" time. When you're flying west you "gain" time and usually have an easier time adjusting.

We have lost our instruction manuals for our rc heicopters. is the small tail propellar supposed to spin? we can't get them to liftoff the main propellars seem to be working fine.

Sadly, Bob is incorrect here. In a coaxial helicopter, the main rotors spin in opposite directions, equalizing the centrifugal force and allowing the craft to hover without spinning, fine-tuned by the adjustment of the trim control. The counter-rotating main blades and internal gyroscopes provide a stable hover, while the tail rotor serves only to push the rear of the chopper up or down, providing the forward/backward thrust. If you are not moving the right joystick, you tail rotor should be stationary, or perhaps moving lazily from the wash of the main rotors. Sounds like a charging issue. What type of charger are you using? Also, Li/Po batteries are not meant to be fully discharged. Fully draining a Li/Po too many times, ESPECIALLY when they are new, will ruin them. Luckily the batteries on an 032 are easily replaceable. Available on Amazon and many other online retailers, and replaced in about 1 minute with only a small screwdriver. With a new Li/Po, charge them FULLY with the correct charger, and always stop the flight as soon as you are having to give it full power to maintain altitude. Also CRUCIAL is you MUST MUST MUST let the battery rest and cool for after a flight, wait a good 10 minutes BEFORE you connect the heli to the charger, and another 10 minute cool down after charging before you fly.
Hope this helps

I bought an A-10 air hog and it does not fly correctly, is there a solution?

There is a trim button on the remote or the air hog which helps to straighten out the flight if it is constantly veering off to the left or right(same direction every time).I had one though and was so disappointed that I returned it the next day.Greg

MY CESSNA IS NOT TAKING OFF. IT ALWAYS GOES TO HIT THE GROUND, I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY AND NERVER SUCCEDED WHEN TRY TO FLY. COULD IT BE A PROPELLER PROBLEM?

Check the flight controls. Does the elevator works? if it does. then problem is on thrust. check the propeller speed, does it have enough power? Don't forget to check on the powerplant (battery or engine). But judging from your story, it is the flight control problem. cheers.

Sierra 1500 wont turn over 350. locked up???

Have the battery tested for a dead cell. It may test at 12 volts but that doesn't mean there isn't a dead cell. Also, if the motor has good compression you probably shouldn't be able to turn it over by hand at the fly wheel. Maybe an old school motor with V belt, but not a newer motor with all those accessories attached to the front.

I dont know how to fly in microsoft flight simulator x demo and there is no tutorial in the demo

Yes the full version includes a learning center and has some instructor missions that teach you how to fly gradually. It is well worth grabbing the full version. Look for Flight Simulator X Gold Edition. This includes the FSX program plus the Acceleration Expansion pack bundled together. This bundle has all the latest fixes and patches deployed by Microsoft incorporated into it as well.

For more detailed flight lessons, grab a flight simulator magazine subscription. One like Computer Pilot Magazine is dedicated to Flight Simulator X and other sims and regularly features detailed flight lessons etc.
