I have got LGE DVD/HDD

I have got LGE DVD/HDD SD player and I had trouble with no picture on it. Um I tried to do anything to reset it but we don't have manual book with us, I tried download manual off the LGE online and it won't load manual on DJVU plugin or it crash the browser. It is RH4940W.
