Take the drum unit out which contains the toner cartridge, buy new brother toner cartridge and reinsert it in to the drum unit and then put it back into the machine and you will be good to go

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Toner life end

There is no reset code the likely thing is that you have a faulty toner cartridge. Put another new one in and check the machine then.

Before you try the above shake the toner cartridge and tap it some more as it may also be the toner inside have become solid and needs breaking up.

Hope one of the above works for you
Thanks J
