Question about Kitchen Ranges

Open Question

I have a Spring Air Chiro Comfort Back Supporter Mattress. Classic, Serial # 469235 The switch works in adjusting the head and legs (i.e. up & down), but the toggle switch for the massager is broken (i.e. slides loosely). Is there a replacement ? can I open it up possibly and repair it myself?

SOURCE: The front and rear legs

hello,

The way out of this is to carefully unscrew(open) the screws from the back of the range with the basic tools for it ,then take out the back cover then you will fine the screw at the angles use as key on the legs closer to the wire connected to the element ,then remove it carefully if needed.

please not you most be very carefully with other wire connection while carry out this assignment in order to avoid more damage on the range.
hope this help in solving the problem.

thank you.

adjustable feet (legs) on bottom. If you need it higher, use a strip of wood, the required thickness, on each side cut the full length from front of unit to back wall and approximately 5" wide. Screw it down so the unit can be easily removed when need for cleaning and servicing.

Frigidaire stove burner not working

There is an allen head adjustment screw under the burner so you can adjust your burner fuel. It is adjusted too far and is going back to the simmer level. Just find the right size allen wrench and turn it to the lefft and adjust it to the proper setting.

How to level my kitchenaid stove

sounds like back legs are up too high, or front is dipping. If back legs are at the appropriate level, then you should be able to adjust the front legs. If no adjustments can be made that way, then you might have to shim under front legs. If this is a drop in stove top, then you need to pull it out of the hole, and loosen corner screws, and push top into the correct position. Don't forget to re-tighten the corner screws. Also, if this is a range and the top is not level, then you need to shift the top forward and you should feel it drop into place. There is a slot on either side of the frame that the top should slide onto.

My range top is not excatly level how do you level a glass top range?

Most ranges have leveling legs. Remove the storage drawer and look to see if the legs have threads. Then twist a leg clockwise to raise one corner or counterclockwise to lower it. (It could be reversed - it's been awhile since I leveled a stove.) Adjust as needed to get the stove level front to back and side to side.

BTW: the parts diagram for the 95002 chassis is here: http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/part-model/Kenmore-Parts/Range-Parts/Model-66595002100/0582/0124111/P0101022/00003?blt=06&prst=&shdMod= .

I hope this helps.
