Problem with Air Hogs Havoc Heli - Colors May Vary Helicopters

my helicopter won't fly, it just spins around.

when we try to fly it, it won't go up. it just spins around on whatever we put it on.when we hold it, and let it go, it crashes. it looks fine.
what do we do?

    • My havoc heli spins around and won't get off the ground and this is after the tail prop broke and i replaced it. i also noticed that the tail is broken. all of the troubleshooting sites i've been to don't list this as a possible problem. can anyone shed light on this???

If you want it to fly put in an airplane.That's the only way to get it to fly.It just spins around and crashes!I paid 40 bucks!!! ugh!

The top rotar blades are not turning but are slipping every now and then.

    • I had the same problem. There is a small set screw to tighten the top rotors to the shaft. I tightened that screw and copter then flew normally. This screw must be tightened periodically.

i had the same problem took it back to dealer it work 4 about 10 mins they are prone to this problem i bought a different 1 same problem stick to scalextric at least it works
