Question about NEC Lands Phones
We have a NEC system. On one phone what seems like the "do not disturb" mode has been turned on, the light is constantly flashing and we cannot call the number internally. As we have no instruction manual and the sales office has gone "bust" we have tried all but cannot turn it off. Thanks Beatrice
We had the same problem today - coincidental!!! We were very frustrated not being able to figure it out all day!!! Finally found it in an old manual we have: To cancel the FWD/DND, or what I assume to be Forward/DoNotDisturb mode, lift your receiver and press on the keypad 70# . That simple!! It instantly cancels!! Good luck & hope it works on yours!

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
