My phone indicates a full battery but when I press the "end" button on my phone, I get nothing. Any ideas? This is a new phone with no trouble shooting guide in the user manual. Thanks for your help.

Actually there may be problem with either charger(in rare cases) or your phone software. If you reinstall your phone software you could probably solve the issue. same problem: cannot turn phone off with End button; phone doesn't respond to any buttons
When I press 'end' button to turn it on, it just display verizonwireless logo and blinks repeatedly. It doesn't go further. No button works.
all of a sudden the phone just blinks on and off with the opening 'verizon" screen, won't recognize any buttons that i push, tried to take out the battery, keeps doing the same thing. tried to surf the web to see if there are any fixes for it but nothing yet.
Phone will not boot. Boot screen appears briefly, but as soon as the loading bar starts moving, the phone shuts off and restarts over and over, never fully loading until I remove the battery again. Any fixes yet, other than a new one?
