Question about Computers & Internet
When you boot up to computer, look for an instruction that says hit a certain key or key combination to enter erecovery console, something like that. It may be ALT+F10. Thing is, look for this info when booting up, as it will give you a bit of time to hit it if needed.
Once you enter the recovery console, look for an option that will let you create recovery DVD's, so have a few DVD-R or DVD+R discs around. Once you create those, you can use them to restore your computer at any time.
If by chance you don't see the option to create the DVD's, then you will have to follow through with the option to restore your computer by way of the dedicated partition on the hard drive, which was put there just for this reason. Don't worry, just keep following the instructions and you will restore the machine to factory settings in no time.
I do suggest that you create the DVD's in case the recovery partition is damaged in the future.
Hope that helps.

First try to perform windows restore using the original Windows cd.
Boot from the cd and in Windows setup, choose to restore (not to re-install/ fresh installation).
If cannot then, when you first bought it you should have a recovery cd or similar. You should read the manual.
If you only have a drivers cd (motherboard, sound, vga/graphic adapter, LAN, etc.) and Windows cd then last attempt is to re-build/re-install windows from beginning. Don't forget to backup.
