Kodak ESP 5 Error Code 3821
Hello--I just bought this new printer and received this code immediately upon turning it on to set it up. I can't seem to get anything to work from the menu button either to figure out what the error is. Any help?
I had a paper jam, tried to correct, then got error code 3821. How do I fix?

- This is my second Kodak printer, after the first one stopped working 12 months in. The esp 7 seems to leak ink at the head but also comes up with the same message 'paper jam' - even though there is no paper in. I've downloaded the lastest drivers/updates etc. Never had this problem in the pat with Epson or Canon - Do buy Kodak - it's cheap on ink but not if the printer doesn't work after two weeks! - beatthedrumMar 21, 2009
