Hello--I just bought this new printer and received this code immediately upon turning it on to set it up. I can't seem to get anything to work from the menu button either to figure out what the error is. Any help?
I had a paper jam, tried to correct, then got error code 3821. How do I fix?
-   This is my second Kodak printer, after the first one stopped working 12 months in. The esp 7 seems to leak ink at the head but also comes up with the same message 'paper jam' - even though there is no paper in. I've downloaded the lastest drivers/updates etc. Never had this problem in the pat with Epson or Canon - Do buy Kodak - it's cheap on ink but not if the printer doesn't work after two weeks!

Xerox Phaser 8400: Our printer keeps jamming. Some of the ink is staying on the right edge of the drum and it seems as the paper goes through the printer it gets stuck on that ink. We use only Xerox ink and just replaced the maintenance kit thinking that would clean the drum off and solve the problem. Have tried using the "cleaning" function but the paper gets stuck and cannot finish. Any suggestions?

The printer (Epson 1400) prints but the result is an empty paper. All of the tabs on the inks are removed. This was just installed and the printer is new (just out of the box). All of the packing and tape has been removed. A signal is sent to the printer and the paper move through the printer but it is blank. What am I doing wrong?

The color blue is not printing right...part of it looks purple and part of it looks more gray. Orange looks pink. And recently the pages have crinkles in them when something is printed. Haven't noticed it when something is copied thou. Which seems odd to me.
