My sewing machine is a Tacsew FA-860

Tacony is a trade name and not the make, the name took over from Montgomery ward when the stores where in business, they were taken over by Sears and now owned by the Tacony group, the chances are your machine was made by one of the major manufacturers such a Juki,Brother, or one of many others, the best thing to do is to take one of your needles to a dealer to match it up, have a look all over the machine, you may find a manufactures name somewhere, not good chances of getting a book.
