You will not be able to directly. My only suggestion is to find a third party emulator program that will more or less translate your program to windows...if there is one for that program that is.

Thanks. Someone said the system could be tweaked. I'm hoping to contact the creators somehow.

Installing Windows XP
This is generally how your format the hard disk and install Windows.
First you need a Windows XP installation CD and the product installation code, which is printed on the Windows label on the bottom of your laptop.
Boot up with the Windows installation CD start and follow the instructions to install Windows.
Next Delete the existing Windows partition.
Next Create a new partition.
Next format this new partition - Format the partition in NTFS not a quick format. This will prepare the Windows for a clean install.
Next create a Username and company name (normally Home is all you need).
Further into the installation, you will be required to put in the Installation code. During the final stages of installation you need to create an User or Users that will use this computer. When you finished installing Windows you need to install the laptop's device drivers. You need to use a computer with Internet access to download these drivers from the laptop manufacturer's WEB site and install these drivers on your laptop.
Next connect a LAN cable to the LAN port from your computer to your DSL or cable modem and you need to Activate the Windows installation on the Microsoft WEB site.
Next up need to upgrade Windows from the Microsoft WEB site including Service pack.

Am having trouble installing Java 7 in Internet Expoler 9. When I do install it, it says that it has been installed, but it doesn't work on tet pages, even in compatibility mode. I'm an expert user, b

I am not an expert user so I don't know much about this but needing to contact a forum to solve a problem I learned the Java programme and Java Script that causes problems when it doesn't work are two different things.

Java Script, they told me, is not a standalone programme but a part of the Windows operating system. I can't remember the details but I had to open the control panel and somewhere in there had to "enable script".

I hope this helps.

Have windows 7 on new computer, installed Adobe Pagemaker which is fine but want to turn files into PDF format, message say's no printer driver installed. Have tried to install but windows will not let...

the printer will need to be installed in compatibility mode....un-install the printer from control panel.
pain in the **** i know, but least you'll know from now on, how to install older programs & drivers in to windows 7....
if your installing from a disk, then put the disk in, then when the auto run box comes up, close it...
open computer instead from the start menu.
right click on the cd drive with the disk in, & select open.
drag & drop the contents of the disk on to your desktop....make a new folder to put it all in, if you need to.
then once it's copied across, right click on the install/application icon.
from the top of the menu click "check compatibility" if you dont see it,click off it & then try right clicking on it again untill you see it.
windows will scan & set itself to the right settings for that program.
then click try recommended settings.....followed by START PROGRAM.
if it all installs ok click next then click YES KEEP THESE SETTING FOR THIS PROGRAM NEXT TIME.
then go to the printers web site & update it with the latest software, thats if windows doesn't do it for you.....TIP:(white flag @ bottom right of screen)
do this with all older software.....windows 7 is **** hot when it comes to running older programs, im using a windows 98 program call photo express on mine...no problem.

GOOD LOOK MATE.

When installing the ib software from the disc that came with the camera, an application error appears which reads: instruction at "0x7831cecc". Referenced memory at "0x03f92328". ...

If you have broadband, go to the Olympus website and download the latest version of the software and drivers.

If you still have the problem, there are other possibilities.
1 - You need to install while logged in as an administrator.
2 - You need to install in compatibility mode. To do compatibility mode, go to the setup or install file on the disk. Right click on it, and select Properties. Under Compatibility, set compatibility to an older version of Windows.

If none of that works, let me know and I'll dig further.
