To make sure there isn't a hardware problem, use System Restore to bring your PC back to its original state before you tried removing it.Click the Start button, choose All Programs>Accessories> System Tools>System Restore and choose a date prior to when you attempted to remove One Care. If you can surf the web again, there is a setting changed by the removal. If you can't surf, it could be a hardware problem. Let me know what happens.

Restart your computer and keep clicking F5 + F8

You'll have many choices
Choose the second one which is ( Safe Mode With Networking )
and download that programs again..
I Hope it will work!

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Im trying to sign in to window live messenger but it says i dont have permission?and what is family safety website

Hi,
1) Try reinstalling Windows Live Messenger and see if it helps
2) Family Safety website is where you can get information on how to protect yourself & your family from malicious software, spyware, viruses, e.t.c., where you can learn things about how to stay safe online, where you can download Family Safety (applies to Windows Live) and change permissions on what your kids, family members can do (it's not like the usual Windows Parental Controls where you can change the time when users login - when allowed - programs they can use/can't.)

I hope this answered your question, if yes = rate it as helpful.

Iwant to delet my windows live call

After installing Windows Live Messenger, Windows Live Call, part of Microsoft’s Windows Live services which integrates into Windows Live Messenger is been installed too. Windows Live Call allows users to make PC-to-PC computer call, PC-to-Phone voice call and video calls. Windows Live Call also adds an entry into New menu (ShellNew) that appears when user right clicks on desktop or Windows Explorer.
new-windows-live-call.jpg The New -> Windows Live Call menu command allows user to directly initiate Windows Live Call to place a phone call or video call with another contact. Most users may prefer to use Windows Live Messenger to call friends, buddies, family members or colleagues. User who wants to tidy up and keep only a minimum of frequently used New menu’s entries, it’s possible to delete and remove Windows Live Call from New menu entry.
To clean and clear ShellNew (New menu) off Windows Live Call entry, run Registry Editor (RegEdit.exe), and browse to the following registry key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\LiveCall
Delete the LiveCall registry key to remove the Windows Live Call entry in the New menu.

How to remove "Live PC care" program that was installed to my PC without my consent? Thanks a lot

If you are using windows xp then you need to access the Add/Remove programs list. You do this by clicking on your start button and then going to Control panel and then selecting Add/Remove programs and Live PC Care should be located somewhere in that list. You then have the option to unistall it.

If you are using windows vista it's the same thing although it isn't called Add/Remove programs, it's called Programs and Features. This will also bring up the programs you have installed and you can then proceed to remove Live PC care. Good luck. Andrew

If you have IE7, click on START, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL, ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS. Remove Windows Internet Explorer 7, reboot.

If you have IE6, click on START, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL, ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS, ADD REMOVE WINDOWS COMPONENTS, and uninstall IE (Internet Explorer). Reboot. Go back and reinstall IE. You may need the original XP CD. Borrow one from a friend if you can.
